Dana Auburn Hills is a supplier of driveshafts for the Automotive Big Three. Prior to using Easy Training Tracker, we manually recorded our machine operation and departmental training using Excel spreadsheets and paper forms. We were looking for a software solution that would streamline this process and produce an accurate standardized training matrix.
Easy Training Tracker has performed above expectations. It is visually appealing and provides a view of where we are struggling and where we need to go. The production line mangers love it. They tell me it is simple, easy to use, easy to navigate, and helps them place employees on the line as needed. I have not heard any negative feedback.
From a plant perspective, we are seeing significant benefits from being able to visually identify where we may be lacking in training. As Safety and ISO 14001 Coordinator Mag Automotive LLC, I oversee our training compliance program. Throughout our facility we had multiple disconnected manual tracking processes in which we spent considerable time coordinating and maintaining accuracy.

We began using the Easy Training Tracker to streamline our policy training. We are contractually required to complete various trainings at different intervals through the year, and the Easy Training Tracker enables us to both schedule these trainings and allocate them to the necessary personnel.
The programme is reliable and easy to use, allowing us to upload and attach materials related to each training (e.g. policy documents). I’d recommend this software to anyone trying to improve their training process.
